Sponsorship 2026–27 is open
Meet the students building Montreal's next XR, health tech and neurotech projects. We are planning our 2027 hackathon and this season's demo nights, and we are looking for partners.
Our 2026–27 prospectus is being prepared; last season's (2025–26) shows the kind of packages we offer.
CareXR 2026 brought together 105 students from computer science, engineering, neuroscience, medicine and the arts, who built 23 projects. Every event is open to students from any school, and no XR experience is needed to take part.
These are the partnerships we run most often. Have something else in mind? Tell us.
Fund prizes or the event itself. Sponsors get their logo on our website, posters, banners and social media, and depending on the package a booth, a company talk, and a challenge track of their own for teams to build for.
Headsets, devices or software for participants to build on. Teams at CareXR built for Snap Spectacles in a sponsor track of their own.
Give a talk at a workshop, sit on a demo night panel, show your product to students, or judge and mentor at the hackathon.
A room for a workshop or a weekend, or food for a room of hungry builders. Food partners are credited on the event and on this page.
